At Chydee Co., we want your order to reach you fast and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs (for international orders), or events beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after that, reach out, and we'll investigate.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control may delay your order:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • High-volume periods (holidays, major sales)
  • Customs processing (international orders)

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us, and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as "delivered" but it's missing:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porch, garage, side entrance)
  3. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact our support team

We'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before dispatch.

International Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total.
