Our Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every Chydee LED Safety Collar we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right β€” quickly and without the runaround.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. If your collar arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you in full β€” no questions asked.

Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Item did not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery window
  • Item is unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery

Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, modified, or cut (the collar is cuttable-to-fit β€” please measure before trimming)
  • Change of mind after the collar has been worn or used
  • Damage caused by misuse, water submersion, or pet chewing

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@chydeeco.com with your order number, a brief description, and a video/ photo if the item is damaged. We respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior approval.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once your return is received. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, we'll ship a replacement at no charge once confirmed.

Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns on unused items, the buyer covers return shipping.

Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us, and we will reship or refund in full.
